Layer’r Wottagirl Body Splash is my very first Body mist. When I tried a few body splashes by Layer’r Wottagirl in a supermarket nearby, I was enchanted by the variant Secret Crush. I was in college that time, and, as like any other girl of my age group, I loved the fruity girly fragrance of the body splash immediately. I bought it immediately without any second thoughts. Read on to find more about this fragrance from an Indian brand.

My experience with the product:
Packaging: It comes in a transparent sturdy plastic bottle with vibrant colors based on the variants. Secret crush comes in violet colored bottle with heart prints. The packaging is very attractive and is a total winner. The bottle is handy and is travel friendly. I have dropped the bottle from a considerable height twice and only the cap was broken.
Color & Fragrance: The Secret Crush body splash is a colorless liquid and contains no gas. It does not stain the clothes. It is a flirty floral fruity fragrance which I am sure every teenage girl or college goer would lover.
Performance: Stays on skin for 2-3 hours. On clothes, it stays for a longer period of up to 5 hours.
My Thoughts: The fragrance is very refreshing and immediately lifts up the senses. There is no information mentioned about the notes constituting the fragrance. It smell very fresh, floral and fruity and this would definitely get you excited to start your day. The fragrance is very girly and sweet and mature women may not like it. But anyone who loves floral fruity fragrances would surely like this.
One spray dispenses liberal amount of the body mist. Although, you might have to spray it from a good 15 cm distance for the spray to distribute uniformly over your skin or clothes. Else, you would be left with the liquid running down you skin. The 135 ml bottle will definitely last for a long time even if used regularly.
Spray it liberally and wait for 20 mins before going out because the fragrance is quite strong in the beginning. When sprayed liberally all over your clothes and body, the silage will be moderate for up to 3 hours after which it becomes weak. After 5 hours, it becomes faint and then fades away. This means it will easily last 4-5 hours or more depending on your body temperature.

My dislikes about the product:
- Triclosan in the Ingredients list is very bothersome
- Contains Alcohol

Do I recommend this? Only for people who don’t have sensitive nose and skin. If you don’t mind the Triclosan and Alcohol in the ingredients list and if you are a fan of floral fruity fragrances, then definitely go for it. You won’t regret the purchase.
Will I repurchase this? I want to, but, the Triclosan is a big turn off for me. So I may not purchase this. But I can’t be sure because other than the ingredient list, the fragrance is an awesome one.
In a nutshell: Affordable, sweet, floral fruity fragrance with good staying power and quantity. Go for it if you don’t mind the Triclosan and Alcohol.
